Support, docs, and public issues cannot receive:
  • seed phrases
  • private keys
  • raw note secrets
  • recovery secrets
  • raw witnesses
  • decrypted note payloads
  • unredacted screenshots containing wallet prompts or recovery material

Support boundary

Support can help verify public runtime fields, contract addresses, artifact hashes, and visible error categories. Support cannot receive or reconstruct private note material.
