# Fix a stopped flow

Match the message shown by Nullark to one safe next action without retrying a payment blindly.

Keep the page open. Keep the original recovery note. Do not clear browser storage, switch networks, or repeat a deposit or withdrawal while the result is unclear.

## Start with the message

| Message | What it means | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `Deposits paused` | This page is not accepting deposits | Keep funds in the wallet and wait |
| `No browser wallets detected` | No supported browser wallet is available | Select **Use your MegaETH passkey account**, or install a supported wallet |
| `No private balance found` | This browser did not find a balance it can use | Choose **Import .txt**, load the untouched note, then select **Restore** |
| `Waiting for public events` | **Public amount activity** is still loading | Wait; do not repeat a transaction |
| `Submission uncertain` | Wallet did not return a clear result | Check wallet activity and do not retry |
| `Needs attention` | Nullark stopped the action | Read and keep the exact message; do not force the action |

## Deposit problems

| Problem | Safe next action |
| --- | --- |
| Amount is missing or disabled | Wait for **Wallet balance** to update and choose only an amount shown by the app |
| Recovery acknowledgement is disabled | Save the current note with **Copy** or **Download .txt**, open it, then check the acknowledgement |
| Wallet request was rejected | Keep the page open; when **Needs attention** appears, read the exact message and do not retry |
| No **Deposit successful** message | Keep the page open and check wallet activity; do not deposit again |
| Queue stopped | Use **Retry failed item** only when shown, or **Resume queue** for the same queue |
| Queue says **Submission uncertain** | Do not retry that item or start another queue |

## Restore problems

| Problem | Safe next action |
| --- | --- |
| **Restore** rejects the note | Use the original saved note without editing it |
| Balance is missing | Confirm the visible network matches where the deposit was made |
| Imported file looks empty or changed | Stop and return to another safe copy |
| Browser storage is unavailable | Keep the downloaded note before closing the page |

## Withdrawal problems

| Problem | Safe next action |
| --- | --- |
| Relayer is unavailable before submission | Choose **Connected wallet** before selecting **Withdraw**, or wait |
| App stays on **Preparing withdrawal** | Keep the page open and wait |
| No **Withdrawal complete** message | Do not select **Withdraw** again or switch submission methods |
| **Fee** or **Recipient gets** changed | Stop and review both values again |
| Transaction says failed | Keep the transaction link and exact error; do not submit again from this page |

## Safe information to share

- Public transaction link or transaction hash
- Visible network and chain ID
- Exact error message with secrets removed
- Browser and wallet name and version

Never share a recovery note, wallet key, seed phrase, unlock signature, screenshot containing the note, or browser storage.
